XDN Governance and Voting

Pool Together buas a nice Governance and Voting pool. When asked if other projects can use it here’s what they said. “you can fork it but you the voting system only controls the PoolTogether smart contracts”

So this may be something the devs look into, maybe adopting there already working system is what we need to fast track this.
